Over the 2013-2014 New Year, I traveled to Israel with Taglit-Birthright. It was an absolutely life changing experience. We traveled all around the country, visiting the Golan Heights, an Olive Oil Factory that also made skin care products, Tzvat, the Golan Heights winery, the Negev, Masada, Jerusalem, the Kotel (Western Wall), Jaffa, Tel Aviv, and the caves at Soreq.
